Who we are and how we can help
Stefano Paschetto
Co-FounderStefano Paschetto has been working for over 30 years in finance, global markets and wealth management. He graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
- BNP Paribas, London (1989-2010): worked in the Global Markets division covering different roles, lastly as Head of Sales and Structuring for the EMEA region. Member of the Fixed Income Committee. He worked on the integration of the CIB divisions of two banking acquisitions by BNPP: Banca Nazionale del Lavoro in Italy and BGL-Fortis in Benelux.
- Generation Asset Management, London (2012-2013) partner of an investment advisory boutique
- MindfulWealth (2014-2020) started as director and risk manager of the flagship Avenida Funds and then moved to investment committee and portfolio management roles.
He co-founded Kozan Holdings Ltd in 2020.
Matteo Mazzocchi
Co-FounderMatteo Mazzocchi has more than 30 years of experience in banking and asset management. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Monetary Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
He held different banking positions in:
- BNP Paribas in London (1989-2000) where he was European Head of Interest Rate Derivative
- Dresdner Kleinwort, London (2000–2007) where he was responsible for Global Credit, Rates and Equity Derivatives and was part of the DKIB’s Executive Committee.
- RBS, London (2007-2008). He joined as Global Head of Structured Debt Products and was a member of the Debt Markets Management Committee.
- He founded Caliber Advisory & Investments in 2009, to provide asset management and advisory services to high net worth individuals and in 2013 joined Pactum Asset Management as partner and investment manager for the Pactum Absolute Return Fund.
He co-founded Kozan Holdings Ltd in 2020.
